摘要 许多自动化立体仓库仍凭借仓管人员的经验和习惯进行物料的拣货操作,导致自动化立体仓库的出库调度效率低下,没有发挥自动化立体仓库应有的作用。文章通过建立以巷道堆垛机拣货时间最短为目标的数学模型,并运用启发式算法对优化模型进行求解,得到了合理的物料出库操作顺序。 Many automatic stereoscopic warehouse still relies on the experience and habit of the warehouse personnel and material picking operation,'lead to automatic stereoscopic warehouse outbound scheduling efficiency is low, did not play the role of automatic stereoscopic warehouse should be. In this paper, a mathematical model based on the shortest time of picking up the goods by roadway stacker is established, and the optimizationmodel is solved by heuristic algorithm, and the reasonable order of the operation is obtained.
