摘要 随着我国经济与科技的飞速发展与进步,交通运输行业也进行着日新月异的变化与改革,大量的跨江大桥、跨海大桥得到建设,但给水上交通运输行业带来了极大的挑战,大量桥梁的建设改变了航道宽度与水流态势,使桥区水域的行船面临着极大的危险,桥区水域船舶失控、船桥碰撞的事故时有发生。文章对我国桥区水域船舶通航现状进行了分析,对船舶失控、船桥碰撞的自然原因与人为原因进行探究,并在此基础上提出桥区水域行船时面对不同情况的应急操纵技术,希望减少我国桥区水域的船舶失控、船桥碰撞事故的发生,对我国桥梁运输行业的发展有所助益。 With the rapid development and progress of our country' s economy and technology, the transportation industry has also undergone rapid change and reform, a large number of cross-river bridge, cross-sea bridge to be built, hut brought great challenges to water transport industry. The construction of a large number of bridges has changed the channel width and water flow situation, so that the boat of the bridge area waters is facing great danger, the ship of bridge area waters out of control and ship bridge collision accident occurred. This paper analyzes the current situation of ship navigation in the waters of bridge area in China, and discusses the natural causes and man-made causes of the the ship of bridge area waters out of control and ship bridge collision accident. On this basis, the paper puts forward the emergency operation technology of different situations in the bridge waters. Hoping to reduce the ship of bridge area waters out of control and ship bridge collision accident, helpful for the development of Chinese bridge transportation industry.
