摘要 研究极早熟杏Z08-7-34果实在树上、常温和冷藏条件下品质变化规律。结果表明,Z08-7-34杏果实可溶性固形物含量的变化规律在树上、室温和冷藏条件下有所不同,在树上的果实可溶性固形物含量先急剧上升,然后保持在一个较高的水平,直至果实失去商品价值;在室温下,果实可溶性固形物含量先急剧上升,然后保持平稳,后再次上升;冷藏条件下,果实可溶性固形物含量总体呈缓慢上升趋势;Z08-7-34杏果实有机酸含量和硬度在树上、室温和冷藏条件下均呈下降趋势,室温下下降最快,冷藏条件下下降最慢;Z08-7-34杏果实在树上的最佳采收期为7 d,室温下仅可贮藏5 d,冷藏条件下可以贮藏24 d。 The fruit quality of very early ripening apricot variety Z08-7-34 at room temperature, cold storage and on the tree conditions was studied. The results indicated that the change law of the fruit soluble solid content was different in tree, room temperature and refrigerated conditions. The content of soluble solids in the tree rose sharply at first, then stayed at a higher level until the fruit lost its value. At room temperature, the content of soluble solids rose sharply at first, then remained stable and then rose again. The contents of the soluble solids in the refrigerated conditions were slowly rising. The fruit acid content and fruit hardness both were declining, fruit hardness and acid content decreased fastest under room temperature, and decreased slowest under the refrigerated condition. The best harvesting period of Z08-7-34 apricot fruit could last 7 d in the tree. The fruit could store 24 d under the condition of refrigeration, but only 5 d were stored at room temperature.
