摘要
试验旨在研究包被肉桂油对肉鸡非特异性免疫功能的影响。选用360只1日龄科宝肉鸡,随机分为6个处理组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,正对照组在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg的黄霉素,试验组分别添加50、100、200和300 mg/kg的包被肉桂油(以肉桂醛计),试验期为42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,50和200 mg/kg试验组14日龄血液中单核细胞的比例上调(P<0.05);试验组21日龄血清中溶菌酶的含量增加且呈线性正相关(R^2=0.824),试验组42日龄血清中溶菌酶的含量增加且呈线性正相关(R^2=0.625);试验组42日龄外周血淋巴细胞的LPS刺激指数上调(P<0.001)。与正对照组相比,50 mg/kg试验组14日龄血液中单核细胞的比例上调(P<0.05);试验组21日龄血清中溶菌酶的含量增加(P<0.05);试验组42日龄外周血淋巴细胞的LPS刺激指数上调(P<0.05)。结果表明:日粮中添加包被肉桂油有利于促进肉鸡外周血B淋巴细胞的增殖,增强非特异性免疫功能。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary coated-cinnamon on non-specific immune function of broiler chickens. A total of 360 one-day-age Cobb broiler chicks were randomly assigned into 6 groups, with six replicates per group and 10 birds per replicate. Birds in the control group were fed the corn-soybean meal basal diet, and birds in the positive control were fed basal diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg of flawunycin. In four treatment groups, birds were fed basal diet supplemented with 50, 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg of coated-cinnamon (calculated by einnamaldehyde). The experiment lasted tor 42 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, 50 and 200 mg/kg treatment groups had significantly increased the proportion of monocytes at 14-day-age blood (P〈0.05); the content of serum lysozyme at 21 days of age had a significant linear positive correlation with coated-cinnamon (R2=0.824), as well at 42 days of age (R2=0.625); coated-cinnamon also increased the lipopolysaccharides stimulation index of peripheral blood mononuclear cells at 42 days of age (P〈0.001). Compared with the positive control group, dietary 50 mg/kg of coated-cinnamon significantly increased the proportion of monocytes at t4-day-age blood (P〈0.05); Coated-cinnamon increased the content of serum lysozyme at 21 days of age (P〈0.05); Coated-cinnamon also increased the lipopolysaccharides stimulation index of peripheral blood mononuclear cells at 42 days of age (P〈0.05). In conclusion, dietary coated-cinnamon could enhance the proliferation of B lymphocytes and improve non-specific immunity of broiler chickens.
