摘要
番茄红素是一种天然的多功能性着色剂,具有着色、抗氧化、增强免疫力、降低血清胆固醇、预防心血管系统疾病及抗热应激等重要生物学功能。家禽饲料中加入适量的番茄红素可以提高其生产性能、增强机体免疫力、改善产品品质等。因此,番茄红素在家禽饲料领域有着广阔的发展前景。文章概述了番茄红素的来源、性质,探讨了番茄红素的安全性,重点论述了其生物学功能和在家禽生产中应用的现状,最后展望了其发展前景,以期为其进一步研究研发提供参考。
Lycopene is a multifunctional natural colorant with coloring, anti-oxidation, enhancing immunity, reducing serum cholesterol, preventing cardiovascular disease and heat stress and other biological functions. Poultry feed with appropriate amount of lycopene can improve its production performance, enhance immunity and improve the quality of products. Therefore, lycopene has broad prospects in the field of poultry feed. This paper smnmarized the source and nature of lycopene, discussed the safety of lycopene, emphasized on its biological function and application in poultry production and finally the prospect of its development is prospected so as to provide reference for the further research and development.
