基于高校教育视野下航空业人才培养探析

随着民航业的飞速发展，对航空人才的需求也日益增多。航空服务专业也在高等教育发展进程中不断涌现，现在已经向各大航空公司输送了大批优秀人才。目前航空服务对人才需求急剧增加，对人才素质的要求也越来越高。高等院校培养的航空服务的专业人才存在着部分学生服务能力较弱、综合素质有待提高等，另外，高等院校对航空人才的培养模式及教学方式有待改进等，针对以上存在的问题，进一步提出改进的对策和创新发展路径，以期对航空服务人才的培养具有一定指导意义。
