档案文化建设的思考

Reflections on Archival Culture Construction

档案的本质属性——原始记录性决定了档案不仅能够通过文字记录还原历史真貌,还能通过这种记录积累来完成文化的传承,即档案不仅仅是人类历史演进的见证,也是人类文化发展的动力。对档案文化建设进行若干思考并力图厘清档案与文化的关系,掌握档案文化在社会文化影响下面对的阻碍,进一步提出档案文化建设的基本思路,以求档案工作能够在社会文化大发展的背景下得到充分完善。

Originality, the essential attribute of archives, decides that the archives can not only restore the historical facts through the written record, but also complete the cultural heritage through the accumulation of records, that is, the archives are not only the witness of human history evolution, but also the driving force of human cultural development. This paper clarifies the relationship between archives and culture, analyzes the hindrance of archival culture under the influence of social culture, and further puts forward the basic idea of archival culture construction in order to improve the archival work under the background of social culture development.
