高校学生成绩、学历证明翻译工作分析

Analysis of Translation Work of Grades and Education Certificates for College Students

随着我国国际合作交流的发展和人们学习观念的改变,近年来,出国留学的人数不断攀升。高校档案馆提供学生成绩翻译、学历证明翻译逐渐成为一项重要的档案服务利用工作。基于对华中科技大学档案馆2013—2015年办理出国留学材料统计数据的研究,从需求分析、数据构成、关键环节三个方面,对高校学生成绩、学历证明翻译工作进行了分析和探讨。

With the development of international communication and corporation as well as the study concept change of people in China, the number of students who go aboard for further education is increasing rapidly. The translation of grades and education certificates for college students by college archives becomes an important part of archives service and utilization work. Based on the study on statistical data of going aboard files recorded in Archives of Huazhong University of Science and Technology during 2013 and 2015, the work of translating grades and education certificates for college students is analyzed and discussed in three aspects： requirement analysis, data component and key link.
