探讨荆芥饮片煎煮过程中胡薄荷酮含量变化的高效液相色谱测定方法及效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨分析荆芥饮片煎煮过程中胡薄荷酮含量变化的高效液相色谱测定方法及效果。方法:采用高效液相色谱测定方法对荆芥饮片煎煮5min时、10min时、20min时、30min时以及45min时的胡薄荷酮含量进行检测,同时测定荆芥饮片中胡薄荷酮的加样回收率。结果:荆芥饮片煎煮5min时胡薄荷酮含量为0.549mg/L,10min时含量为0.083mg/L,20min时含量为0.021mg/L,30min及45min时含量为0。荆芥饮片中胡薄荷酮的加样回收率平均值为103.76%,RSD为1.79%。结论:荆芥饮片中的有效成分主要是胡薄荷酮,但胡薄荷酮具有挥发特性,煎煮30min即可挥发干净,使药物不再具备应有效果,因此在煎煮荆芥饮片过程中应按照中医"后下"标准进行煎煮,以煎煮5min为宜。 Objective: To investigate the changes of liquid palegone content in decocting pieces of Schizonepeta chromatographic determination method and effect. Methods : HPLC of Sehizonepeta 5rain decoction pieces, 10min, 20min, 30min and 45min when Hu Bo bearing ketone content detection, determination of sample with the recovery of pulegone Schizonepeta slices in the rate. Results: 5min decoction pieces of Schizonepeta pulegone content is 0.549mg/L, when the 10min content is 0.083mg/L, when the 20min content is 0.021mg/L, 30min and 45rnin contents of pulegone 0 Schizonepeta slices in the recovery rate of an average of 103.76%, RSD was 1.79%. conclusion : the effective ingredients are the main pieces of Schizonepeta pulegone, but pulegone has volatilization characteristics 30min can reach boiling evaporate, the drug no longer have the effect, therefore in the process of decocting pieces should be carried out in accordance with the decoction of Sehizonepeta Chinese medicine "after" standard, with 5min decoction is appropriate.
