摘要
在硫酸铜催化下,通过3-乙酰乙酰基香豆素与5-氨基吡唑的加成环化反应合成了一系列官能团化的香豆素并[4,3-d]吡唑并[3,4-b]吡啶衍生物3a^3h.合成得到的部分化合物具有很高的荧光量子产率.利用荧光光谱考察了其与Ag^+、Cr^(3+)、Co^(2+)、Cu^(2+)、Pb^(2+)、Sn^(4+)、Fe^(3+)、Zn^(2+)等金属离子的作用,结果表明化合物3a和3b对Zn^(2+)具有很好的选择性识别能力.
A series of functionalized coumarino[4,3-d]pyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivatives 3a-3h were synthesized by the addition and cyclization of 3-acetoacetylcoumarin with 5-aminopyrazole catalyzed by Cu SO4. Some of the synthesized compounds had high fluorescence quantum yields. The properties of the compounds with cations such as Ag^+, Cr^3+, Co^2+, Cu^2+, Pb^2+, Sn^4+, Fe^3+ and Zn^2+ were examined by fluorescence spectroscopy. The results showed that compounds 3a and 3b have selective recognition for Zn^2+.
