摘要
通过对鞍钢鲅鱼圈7 m焦炉多个炭化室墙面损坏情况汇总对比,运用排除法对可能原因进行逐项分析,查找出炉头温度偏低是焦炉炉墙损坏的原因,并有针对性地制定了改进措施。实践表明,通过提高炉头温度可有效减少炉头部位墙面的损坏,一定程度上延长了炉墙的使用寿命。
Based on the summarization and comparison of the damaged conditions on several chambers in the 7 m coke oven in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co., Ltd., the possible causes leading to the damage of the oven wall liners were analyzed item by item by using the exclusive method, and thus it was found that the relatively low temperature at head end of the coke oven was the cause leading to the damage of the oven wall liners. And thus the targeted upgrading measures were formulated. Practice results showed that the damage of the wall space at the head end of the coke oven could be decreased effectively by increasing the temperature at head end of the 7 m coke oven while the service life was prolonged in some extent.
