摘要
针对鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂2#板坯铸机生产的铸坯中心偏析缺陷严重的现象,优化了原有动态轻压下方案中的固化率和压下区间等工艺参数,使铸坯中心偏析缺陷级别稳定在0~1级的比例达到90%以上。
In allusion to the problem of serious center segregation occurred in the cas ting blanks produced by No.2 slab caster in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,such process parameters as curing rate and reduction area of the original dynamic soft reduction scheme were optimized so that the ratio of center segregation defect with the stable defect level from level 0 to level 1 was over 90%.
