摘要
针对乌兰木伦选煤厂粗煤泥弧形筛"跑水"、螺旋分选机分选效果差的问题,基于生产现状分析,对生产系统进行优化,确保两种设备均处于最佳工况。生产实践表明:在将生产系统优化后,两种设备的工况均得到改善,产品质量得以提高,粗煤泥水分下降约1个百分点,其灰分下降0.50个百分点,对应的发热量提高约0.38 MJ/kg,由此产生的经济效益显著。
The troubles with the coal preparation plant are escape of water from coarse coal slime sieve bend and poor performance of spiral separator.Based on result of analysis of existing operating conditions,work is made on optimization of coal washing system,so as to enable the sieve bend and spiral separator to work with a highest performance.Practice shows that through optimization,both equipment performance and product quality have been greatly improved in addition to respective reduction of moisture and ash of coarse slime by 1 and 0.50 percentage point,and according increase of its calorific value by around 0.38 MJ/kg,bringing about for the washery a significant economic benefit.
