摘要
针对凉水井选煤厂生产能力与矿井产能不匹配、块末煤生产系统处理能力分配不合理、煤泥水处理系统负荷较重的问题,在对生产现状分析的基础上,采用预先脱粉工艺对原生产系统进行优化,并对其它生产环节进行合理调整。在以4 mm作为分级粒度预先脱粉后,脱除的粉煤处置方式灵活,选煤厂处理能力完全能够满足矿井产能要求,且生产系统配置趋于合理,可以进一步促进选煤厂经济效益的提升。
Liangshuijing plant used to operate with the troubles of mismatch between coal treating capacity and mine output,irrational distribution of rate of feed to both coarse and small coal washing systems and overload of coal slurry treatment system.Proceeding from an analysis of the present operating conditions,work is made on optimization of the original coal washing system through the use of the primary fines removal process,and making appropriate adjustment of other production processes.It has been found that the fine coal scalped off through the abovementioned process at a classification size of 4mm can be treated in a flexible manner,the treating capacity of the plant is enabled to be well matched up with the increased mine output,and the overall production system has become rational in layout,making it possible for the plant to operate with a much improved economic performancce.
