竹浆/丝光羊毛混纺针织物的热舒适性测试分析

摘要 利用三种不同混纺比的纱线,分别织造了针织平针组织和1+1罗纹组织两种不同的织物共6块,并对织物的性能进行测试,最终得出影响竹浆/丝光羊毛纤维混纺织物的热舒适性的主要因素分别是,混纺纱线的混纺比和竹浆/丝光羊毛纤维混纺织物的组织结构。当混纺纱中竹浆纤维的含量比例升高时,竹浆纤维优秀的导热性使织物能有效改善是人体闷热的感觉,同时由于1+1罗纹组织比平针组织结构更加松散,纱线间空隙更多也更有利于湿热空气的排出。 Three yams with different blending ratios were used to weave six pieces of fabric with plain stitch and 1+ 1 rib stitch. The properties of the fabrics were tested and the main elements influencing the thermal comfort of bamboo fiber/mercerized wool blended fabric were the blended ratio of yams and structure of bamboo fiber/ mercerized wool blended fabric. As the proportion of bamboo fiber increased, the excellent thermal conductivity property of bamboo fiber could effectively make the hot and stuffy feeling better; at the same time, 1 + 1 rib stitch was looser than plain stitch and more yam gap is helpful to give out wet and hot air.
