摘要
目的:调查本科护生共情能力现状,并分析其与家庭功能的相关性。方法:采用整群抽样法选取沈阳医学院本科护理专业学生402例为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、人际反应指针量表及家庭功能评定量表对其进行调查。结果:本组护生共情能力总分为(53.52±8.46)分,不同生源地、年级、父亲文化程度护生的共情得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。本组护生家庭功能得分平均(200.59±24.10)分,不同年级、是否实习护生的家庭功能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。共情各维度与家庭功能各维度多数具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:护理专业大学生共情能力处于中等偏上水平,与其家庭功能具有相关性。
Objective:To investigate the status of empathy ability among undergraduate nursing students and its correlation with family function. Methods: A total of 402 undergraduate nursing students in Shenyang Medical College were sellected as subjects by cluster sampling method. The general information questionnaire, interpersonal response indicator scale and family function rating scale were used to perform the investigation. Results: The total score of empathy ability for nursing students was (53.52±8.46),and there was statistically significant difference in the scores of nursing students from different places,grades,and different educational levels of fathers(p〈0.05). The average score of family function among the nursing students was (200.59±24.10),and the scores of nursing students from different grades and whether or not practice nurse were statistically significant different(p〈0.05). All the dimensions of empathy ability were correlated to the dimensions of family function(p〈0.05). Conclusion:The empathy ability of undergraduate nursing students is above the middle level, which is related to their family function.
