吸烟相关慢性阻塞性肺疾病中microRNAs差异性表达的研究进展

摘要 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种以持续性气流受限为特征的慢性炎症性疾病。吸烟是导致COPD的重要原因之一。micro RNAs(miRNAs)是一类高度保守的短链非编码RNA,参与调控基因的表达。研究表明吸烟可致miRNAs的表达上调或下调进而参与COPD的生物学过程,提示miRNAs可能成为COPD的诊断及治疗的新靶点。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by persistent airflow limitation. Smoking is one of the important causes of COPD. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are highly conserved small non-coding RNAs with a regulatory function on gene expression. Studies have shown that smoking can cause the dysregulation of miRNAs, which is involved in the development and progression of COPD. It is suggested that miRNAs could be developed as new targets for diagnosis and treatment of COPD.
