摘要
简要分析了影响混凝土流动性及强度的主要因素,讨论了CF-WF骨料级配理论在骨料级配优化中的应用.在CF-WF骨料级配理论的基础上,通过粗细骨料混合后的骨料空隙率分析及其与粗糙度因子(CF)和工作性因子(WF)的关系,研究了骨料空隙率对混凝土拌合物流动性及强度的影响.研究表明,粗细骨料混合后的空隙率越小,混凝土拌合物的流动性越好,混凝土的强度越高.粗细骨料混合后的空隙率是衡量混凝土骨料级配优化的核心指标.通过多种不同粒径范围的骨料混配、骨料整形等措施,降低骨料混配后的空隙率是骨料混配及优化的关键路径.
The main factors affecting fluidity and strength of concrete are briefly analyzed. The application of CF- WF( Coarse Factor-Workability Factor)aggregate gradation theory in aggregate gradation optimization is discussed. Based on CF-WF aggregate gradation theory, analysis of aggregate void fraction after mixing with coarse aggregate and its relationship with CF and WF, study effect of aggregate void fraction on concrete fluidity and strength. Re- search shows that the smaller the aggregate void fraction, the better the fluidity of concrete mix and the higher strength of concrete after mixing fine and coarse concrete. The ratio of voids after coarse and fine aggregate mixture is core index to measure concrete aggregate gradation optimization. To reduce voidage after mixing fine and coarse aggregate by aggregate mixing different size ranges and aggregate shaping etc.. is key path for aggregate mixing and optimization.
