高职院校创业教育体系构建

A Study of the Construction of Entrepreneurship Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges

在"大众创业、万众创新"的国家大背景下,职院校如何系统推进创新创业教育、培养创新创业人才已成为当前高职院校教育改革的当务之急。基于国家对创新创业型人才的迫切需求,高职院校应优化整合教育资源,积极探索符合国情、行情和校情新的创业教育体系。根据高职院校创新创业教育存在的问题,构建创业教育体系,主要包括阶梯式结构的目标体系、系统的教学体系、规范的管理体系和保障体系。

Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in our country, it is very urgent to promote innovation entrepreneurship education and cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents in vocational colleges. Based on the urgent need for innovating entrepreneurial talents, higher vocational colleges should optimize and integrate education resources and explore the entrepreneurship education system suitable for national conditions, industry conditions and school conditions actively.According to the problems in innovation entrepreneurship education, the establishment of the education system should mainly include the target system of the terrace structure, systematic teaching system and standardized management and security system.
