Current Situations and Countermeasures of the Employment of Higher Vocational Normal Major

在严峻的就业形势下,高职师范专业就业面临极大挑战。如不能很好地解决这一问题,必会影响整个教育的发展和社会的稳定。因此,要针对高职师范专业的就业现状及问题进行全面的分析,寻找问题根源,并据此提出相应的解决对策:鼓励学生继续深造,提高专升本学生数量;政府加大宣传,改变人们的固有思想;加强高职师范生的就业指导和创业指导。

Under the severe employment situations, the employment of higher vocational normal major is facing great challenges. The solution to the problem is bound to influence the development of education and social stability. Therefore, in view of the current employment situation of higher vocational normal major and its problems, it needs to conduct a comprehensive analysis, and find out the root of the problem. It puts forward corresponding countermeasures accordingly：encourage students to further study and improve the number of students upgrading to undergraduates; increase publicity and change the original ideas; strengthen the employment guidance and entrepreneurship guidance.
