摘要
针对目前异步电动机信号采集不够全面,状态监测不够实时、准确,且系统控制不够及时、灵活等问题,设计一种以AT89S53/LCC单片机为控制器的异步电动机信号采集及状态监测系统,系统包括电动机转速、温度及电压信号采集处理电路、AT89S53/LCC单片机主控电路、LED显示电路、信号收发端软件设计等.该系统实现实时准确地对电动机的振动信息、转速、电流、电压等重要参数进行实时测量分析,并由此判断电动机运行状态是否正常,然后由上位机操作平台及时触发下行控制保护系统.
The current acquisition of asynchronous motor -guang Normal University, Ningde, Fujian 352100, China ) signals is not comprehensive, the condition moni- toring is not real-time, accurate, and the system control is not timely and flexible, so this paper designs a AT89S53/LCC single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the asynchronous motor signal acquisition and condition monitoring system. The system includes AT89S53/LCC single-chip microcomputer control circuit, motor speed, temperature, voltage signal circuit, LED display circuit, signal collection and processing charge started software design. The system realizes the upward real-time and accurate measurement and analysis of the vibration information of motor, speed, current, voltage, and other important parameters so as to judge whether the running state is normal. The downside control protection system is then timely triggered by the upper machine operation platform.
