福建省高等职业院校体育教学现状调查与对策

Investigation and countermeasures for current situation of PE in higher vocational colleges in Fujian province

对福建省高等职业院校的体育教学现状进行调查,发现高等职业院校体育专业师资年龄结构、职称学历结构,科研进修,教学内容特点等方面存在不足,提出应健全体育教师的评价和激励机制,实现体育教学目标与学生培养特点高度统一,依据学校专业设置特点安排教学内容,采用先进的教学方法和有效的教学评价,重视体育场馆建设等对策.

By means of literature, interview, data analysis, questionnaire survey and other research methods, this paper investigates the current situation of physical education in higher vocational colleges in Fujian province, and finds that there are some deficiencies in the age structure, professional title structure, scientif- ic research, teaching content and so on. This paper puts forward countermeasures such as improving the e- valuation and incentive mechanism of physical education teachers, unifying the goal of physical education and the cultivation of students, arranging teaching contents according to the characteristics of school special- ty, adopting advanced teaching methods and effective teaching evaluation, and attaching importance to the construction of stadiums and gymnasiums
