Thinking and Practice of Giving Play to Service Function of Journals

高校学报是高等学校主办的、以反映本校科研和教学成果为主的学术理论刊物。近些年来,学报学术对外窗口的作用已大大削弱,大连教育学院学报在不断加强办刊质量的同时,积极发挥科研服务和宣传服务功能,进行了一系列的思考与实践。

Journals of tertiary institutions are academic journals sponsored by colleges and universities,which mainly reflect the achievements of scientific research and teaching of the sponsor.In recent years,the academic promotion function of journals has been greatly weakened.Besides improving quality,Journal of Dalian Education University has implemented a wide range of thinking and practice in terms of giving play to scientific research service and promotion service.
