望云山区野菜资源调查及引种栽培实验研究

摘要 在望云山区开展野生菜资源的普查,通过引种栽培和野外自然生长的对比,为科学地开发利用望云山地区野菜资源提供参考依据。通过对望云山地区的野菜进行调查和引种栽培的研究,得出具有食用价值的野菜116种,隶属于60科,并对野菜的食用特性进行了总结,分为食嫩苗、叶野菜、食根野菜、食花野菜、食果野菜、做调味品野菜等5类。并抽取10种野生菜和10种培育的野生菜进行对比试验,验证其产量高低。 To carry out the wild vegetable resources in Wangyun mountain and field survey,through the introduction and cultivation of natural growth contrast,provide a reference basis for the scientific development and utilization of wild herbs resources in Wangyun mountain region.The research carries on the investigation and cultivation through at the Wangyun area wild herbs,edible wild herbs that have the value of 116,belonging to 60 families,and characteristics of edible wild herbs are summarized.They were divided into five categories:edible tender plants,leaf wild plants,edible root wild vegetables,wild edible wild vegetables,wild fruit wild vegetables,and flavoring and wild vegetables.10 kinds of wild vegetables and 10 wild lettuce cultivation contrast experiments were carried out to verify its yield level.
