炼焦煤黏结性指标间关系综述 被引量:2

摘要 基于煤的黏结性是评价炼焦用煤的重要指标及评价低温热解、气化和动力用煤的重要依据,简述了国内外应用较为广泛的黏结性指标,对比了黏结性各指标的测定方法及应用范围,总结了不同黏结性指标间的关系,指出各项黏结性指标间不可简单地相互替代。选取了90个配煤方案的黏结指数和胶质层最大厚度的数据进行加和性分析,结果表明其加和性不明显,进一步表明了各项黏结性指标间的不可或缺性。 Caking property is the important index to evaluate coking coal, and it is also the important basis for the evaluation of low temperature pyrolysis, gasification and steam coal. The caking indexes with wide application were briefly introduced, the determination method and application range of each indexes were compared, and the relationship among different indexes was summarized. It was pointed out that the caking index could not be replaced by each other simply. The additive analysis of the Chinese caking index (G) and the maximum thickness of plastometer layer (Y) was done and the results showed that the additive property was not obvious which also implied the importance of various caking indexes.
