基于煤炭产品检测作为衡量煤炭产品质量的主要方法,简述了招投标的历史起源及基本程序,探讨了煤炭产品检测项目招投标过程中存在的招投标方地位不平等及检测项目制定不科学等方面问题,指出需制定科学的评标方法以确保煤炭产品检测招投标过程的规范性及公正性。

Because that the coal products testing is the main method to evaluate the coal products quality, the history resources and basic procedures of bid work were introduced, the problems such as imparity of inviting bids party and submitting tender party and unscientific testing items in bidding works of coal products were discussed, it was indicated that thc scientific evaluation method should be established, in order to make sure the standardization and impartiality of the bidding process of coal products detection.
