A Study on Japanese Learning Motivation Types and Influential Factors of Japanese Major College Students

摘要 本文旨在探析日语专业大学生日语学习动机的类型、动机的影响因素及影响因素之间的交互作用。对中国大连外国语大学的388名日语专业大学生进行了日语学习动机的测试调查。调查问卷的结果表明:(1)日语专业大学生日语学习动机可分为六种类型——工作及自我提高型动机、学习情境型动机、娱乐型动机、成绩型动机、出国型动机和文化型动机;(2)动机类型与被试者的基本情况因素存在显著相关关系,被试者的年级、被试者是否曾到日本留学、被试者的日语水平三个自变量对不同类型的日语学习动机有显著的主效应,认知风格对动机类型没有显著影响;(3)被试者的年级与被试者的日语水平之间、及被试者的年级与被试者的认知风格倾向之间均存在显著的交互作用。本研究从实证角度进一步丰富了日语学习动机的理论体系,为日语教学设计及培养方案制定提供了有益的借鉴和参考。 This paper aims to explore Japanese major students' learning motivation types, its influential factors and the relevant interactive effects. 388 students of Department of Japanese Studies of DLUFL have been involved in a survey of Japanese learning motivation, and the subsequent statistical analysis of the questionnaire results has shown that:(1) There are six types of Japanese learning motivation in the subjects: job and individual development, learning situation, entertainment, academic score, going-abroad and culture;(2) Types of Japanese learning motivation have significant correlations with the basic background of subjects. The three independent variables, i.e., the subjects' grade, experience of studying in Japan and levels of Japanese, have exerted significant effects on different types of Japanese learning motivation, while the factor of cognitive style has no significant influence on them;(3) There have been remarkable interactive effects between the subjects' grade and level of Japanese, as well as between their grade and tendency of adopting certain cognitive style. This research has enriched the theoretical system of Japanese learning motivation from the empirical perspective, and has shed some light on the design of Japanese teaching and the formulation of Japanese major students cultivation programs.
