地铁配线上方商业空间的客流动线设计研究

Research on Passenger Moving Lines of Commercial Space above Ancillary Metro Routes

从地铁配线上方商业空间的客流动线设计入手,介绍了配线上方商业的相关研究成果。对国内地铁配线的商业开发现状进行归纳分类,并对配线及客流动线等相关概念进行解释,得出目前开发客流动线所存在的问题。提出了配线上方商业开发的设计原则,并从动线尺度、动线形式、动线上的要素等三个方面提出客流动线设计策略。

Focusing on the design of passenger moving lines of commercial space above ancillary metro routes,relevant research achievements on this topic are introduced. Then,the present situations of business development above ancillary metro routes in big Chinese cities are summarized and classified,the related concepts of ancillary routes,passenger moving lines and other related concepts are interpreted to find problems existed in passenger moving line development. On this basis,the design principle of commercial development is defined,passenger moving line design strategy is proposed from aspects of the scale,form and elements of passenger moving lines.
