煤矿跨采遗留煤柱合理尺寸的估算研究 被引量:1

摘要 以赵固一矿11031工作面轨道顺槽与11011工作面带式输送机顺槽之间留设56 m宽煤柱为研究背景,通过理论分析的方法,计算出支承压力分布高峰位置,并计算出极限平衡区,得出理论上的合理煤柱尺寸。同时利用FLAC3D数值模拟的方法,模拟出留设不同宽度煤柱下的巷道的最大主应力分布规律,再利用深基点位移计进行矿压观测,得出不同位置处围岩的变形规律,从而对跨采遗留煤柱合理尺寸进行估算,以提高煤炭资源利用率。 Can be taken as research background that there are 56 m coal roadway in 11031 work face and belt roadway in 11011 work face in Zhaogu pillars between track gate No.1 mine. Should utilize theoretical analysis method to calculate the peak position of support pressure distribution and the limit equilibrium to reach a reasonable theoretical coal pillar size. Meanwhile, the numerical simulation method of FLAC^3D simulate the scope of plastic failure of roadway of coal pillars in different sizes, the maximum principal stress distribution. Then will use deep basis points 'displacement meter to observe ground pressure to obtain the deformation rule of roadway in different locations in order to determine the reliability of the rational coal pillars.
