摘要
针对煤矿生产过程中瓦斯突出动力灾害难以预测的难题,设计了一套通过测定煤样瓦斯参数预测瓦斯突出灾害的智能检测系统。该系统以STM32F103控制器为核心,根据等压解吸原理测定不同时间点取样罐内的压力变化,进而根据测得的相应瓦斯指标进行数据处理,最终对工作面瓦斯突出危险性进行预测。
As it is difficult to predict the coal and gas outburst in mining engineering, an intelligent system was constructed on the base of detecting the gas parameters of coal sample. The core component of this system is the STM32F103 controller, which could determine the gas pressure of the coal sample tank. Firstly, the coal samples with gas in its fractures were put into the coal sample tank, then the gas would dissipate from the coal sample fractures. Based on that the system could detect the gas pressure in the tank at various time. Combined with other gas parameters, could predict the liability of coal and gas outburst during coal excavation.
