摘要
为解决高瓦斯、高应力、松软煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔周围煤体裂隙发育、钻孔密封性差的问题,提出了一种基于柔性膏体封孔材料,在保证材料流动性的同时兼顾材料支撑性的新型二次注浆封孔工艺。新型二次注浆封孔技术在柔性膏体封孔材料能够封堵钻孔动态变形产生的新生裂隙的基础上,通过依次向钻孔内注入稀浆和稠浆,在有效封堵深部裂隙的同时能够保持膏体状态,防止稀浆回流,持续高效保障钻孔密封性能。
In order to solve the problem of fissure development and poor borehole sealing in high gas,high stress and soft coal seam, a kind of flexible paste sealing material is proposed, which ensures the material flow new secondary grouting sealing technology with material supportability. The new type of secondary grouting sealing technology in the flexible paste sealing material can block the dynamic deformation of the-hole generated by the new cracks on the basis of the drilling into the drilling by the slurry and slurry, in the effective closure of the deep cracks while maintaining the state of paste to prevent the slurry back, continuous and efficient protection of drilling sealing performance.
