无烟煤焦的气化反应特性研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用热重仪,考察了高平无烟煤焦的气化反应特性;考察了氧化钙和氧化铁对煤焦的催化作用。结果表明:在800℃~1 000℃内,高平煤焦的气化反应性偏低,随温度的升高,煤焦的气化反应性呈增加趋势;添加氧化钙和氧化铁后,煤焦的气化反应性有明显增加,催化作用十分显著。 The gasification reactivity of anthracite char was investigated using a thermogravlmetnc analyzer. The catalytic effect of calcium oxide and iron oxide on the gasification of anthracite char was also investigated. The experimental results show that the char reactivity increases as the temperature increases in the temperature range of 800℃-1 000℃. However, the reactivity of the anthracite char was much low. Fortunately, the low reactivity can be improved by adding calcium oxide and iron oxide. The catalytic effect of the oxides was very obvious.
