摘要
目前国内使用的工业燃料气主要是由常压煤气发生炉制备,该技术气化效率低、煤气热值低、环境污染大,面临着淘汰。以无烟煤为原料,加压固定床为气头生产的煤气具有热值高、清洁高效、流程简单等优势,可作为下一步煤制燃料气市场的发展方向。
The current fuel gas is mainly produced by atmospheric fix-bed gasifier, this technology is facing elimination because of low efficiency, gascalorific value is lower and the serious pollution to the environment. The fuel gas produced by pressure fixed-bed with anthracite as raw material has high calorific value, clean, efficient, and process is simple, the technology could be the development direction of fuel gas made by the coal.
