基于SWOT-QSPM模型的同煤集团转型发展战略研究

Study on Transformation Development Strategy of Datong Coal Mine Group Based on SWOT-QSPM Model

首先运用"鱼刺图"对同煤集团存在的问题进行分析,分别建立EFE和IFE矩阵,采用定性与定量分析相结合的SWOT-QSPM模型评价同煤集团转型发展的竞争态势,结果表明:同煤集团适合SO战略。为保证其顺利实施,同煤集团应该采取的相应对策包括:加速企业整合,减轻负担;以煤为基,走集约化发展道路;加快循环经济园区建设。

Firstly, ＂fishbone diagram＂ is used to analysis the problems of Datong coal mine group, established EFE, IFE and SWOT-QSPM model to accurately evaluate the competitive situation of Datong coal mine group. The results show that SO strategy is suitable to Datong coal mine group. Measures should be taken to accelerate the integration of enterprises; take the road of intensive development; accelerate the construction of circular economy park.
