针刺夹脊穴配合物理运动干预对脑梗死致瘫痪老年患者的临床效果研究

摘要 目的研究针刺夹脊穴配合物理运动干预对脑梗死致瘫痪老年患者康复的l晦床效果。方法选取于2013年3月至2015年5月期间,本院收治的56例脑梗死致瘫痪患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组;治疗组采用针刺夹脊穴配合物理运动干预,对照组采用普通的物理运动疗法。分别于治疗前和治疗后第2周、第4周、第6周和第8周,对患者进行Barthel指数评分和Fugl—Meyer运动功能评分,对比分析两组患者的恢复情况;并于治疗结束后,对患者四肢运动、言语功能、生活自理情况进行观察,统计总治愈率。结果治疗后第4周、第6周和第8周后,治疗组患者的Baahel指数评分和Fual-Meyer运动功能评分均显著高于对照组(均P〈0.05),治疗组的总治愈率为92.7%,显著高于对照组的50.0%(P〈0.05)。结论对脑梗死致瘫痪患者,进行针刺夹脊穴配合物理运动干预恢复治疗,临床疗效显著。 Objective To study the clinical effects of Jiaji acupuncture combined with physical exercise treatment for elderly patients with paralysis induced by cerebral infarction. Methods 56 patients with paralysis caused by cerebral infarction treated at our hospital from March, 2013 to May, 2015 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 28 patients for each group. The treatment group accepted cervical and lumbar Jiaji acupuncture treatment, consisting of electricity Jiaji for 30 min and following by 60 min physical motion, such as balance training, limb function training, and daily living skill training once a day for 8 weeks. While the control group did regular physical exercise once a day for 8 weeks. The recovery of all the patients were evaluated by Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer motor function score before and 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the treatment. The total cured rates were evaluated at the end of the treatment through the improvement of the limb movement, speech function, and daily living skills. Results The Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer motor function scores of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group 4, 6, and 8 weeks after the treatment. The total cured rate of the treatment group was 92.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions It is significant clinical effective that Jiaji acupuncture combined with physical exercise for elderly patients with paralysis induced by cerebral infarction.
