早期康复干预对中风患者认知功能及生活能力的影响

Effect of early rehabilitation intervention on cognitive function and living ability of patients with apoplexy

目的分析探讨早期康复干预对中风患者认知功能及生活能力的影响。方法选择2014年9月至2016年9月期间在本院接受治疗的100例中风患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组患者仅接受常规基础治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上实施早期康复干预措施。两组患者均连续治疗3个月。观察、比较两组患者治疗前后认知功能、肢体运动功能、生活能力以及生存质量的变化情况。结果经过3个月的干预之后，两组患者的认知功能、肢体运动功能、生活能力以及生存质量均较干预前显著改善（均P〈0．05），且观察组患者改善更为显著，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期康复干预应用于中风患者治疗中，能够有效改善其认知功能、肢体运动功能、生活能力以及生存质量，有助于患者远期疗效的提高，值得加以推广。

Objective To analyze and investigate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on the cognitive function and living ability of patients with apoplexy. Methods 100 patients with apoplexy treated at our hospital from September, 2014 to September, 2016 were selected and were divided into an observation group （50 cases） and a control group （50 cases）. The control group were treated with conventional basal therapy. On the basis of the control group, the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation intervention. Both groups were treated 3 months. The changes of cognitive function, limb motor function, living ability, and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the 3 months＇ intervention, the cognitive function, limb motor function, living ability, and quality of life were better in both groups and were better in the observation group than in the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with apoplexy, early rehabilitation intervention can effectively improve the cognitive function, limb motor function, living ability, and quality of life, which contributes to the improvement of long-term efficacy, so it is worth being clinically generalized.
