基于共词分析法的近五年危重症护理研究热点分析

Research hotspots of critical care nursing in recent 5 years：a co-word analysis

目的 了解近5年国内外危重症护理领域的研究热点,以期为从事危重症护理研究和实践的相关人员提供参考和借鉴.方法 以PubMed为资料来源,采用MeSH主题词检索,获取近5年危重症护理领域的研究文献.在此基础上,利用Bicomb 2.0、SPSS 20.0对文献的主题词进行词频分析和共词聚类分析.结果 共检索到826篇文献,经过数据清洗后,截取7现频次排名在前42位的主题词（7现频次≥10次）为高频主题词并进行聚类分析,生成危重症护理领域的6个热点研究主题,分别为：危重症护理人力资源配置、危重症相关人群心理体验、危重症护理人员岗位胜任力、基于循证的护理实践、危重症护理领域的新技术和新方法 、危重症护理人员与患者或患者家属的沟通.结论 通过共词分析法得7近5年国内外危重症护理领域的研究热点,有助于研究者和临床实践人员快速了解该领域的研究现状和发展趋势,从而为开展科研立项、促进临床护理实践的科学化和规范化提供参考和借鉴.

Objective To explore the research hotspots of critical care nursing in recent 5 years. Methods Based on PubMed, articles published during the last 5 years were retrieved using the MeSH term＂Critical Care Nursing＂. Bicomb 2.0 and SPSS 20.0 software were used to do word frequency analysis and co-word cluster analysis. Results A total of 826 articles were retrieved. With the top 42 keywords as high frequency keywords, 6 hotspots were extracted, including the allocation of critical care nurse staffing, attitudes and psychological experiences of people related to critical care nursing, competency of critical care nurses, evidence-based nursing practice, new techniques and methods of critical care nursing, and communication among critical care nurses, patients as well as patients′relatives. Conclusions Using co-word analysis, this study analyzed the hotspots of critical care nursing in recent 5 years. The results not only help researchers and clinical practitioners understand the current status of critical care nursing research, but also provide references for new developing studies and clinical practices.
