欧美图书馆智慧服务现状调查研究

A Study of Smart Service in European and American Libraries

对欧美图书馆智慧服务的开展形式、内容及其发展现状进行调研,为我国图书馆智慧服务的发展提供借鉴。通过对60所欧美顶尖高校图书馆和60所欧美大中型城市公共图书馆进行网站访查获取数据,运用定量分析与定性分析相结合等方法对调研数据进行处理分析。研究发现,欧美图书馆智慧服务具有学科服务内容多样化,推荐服务个性化程度较高,虚拟参考咨询服务评价反馈功能完善,智慧馆员队伍强大,移动图书馆服务开展火热,学习空间提供充足,特殊群体服务不可或缺,3D打印等创新服务得到重视,注重用户隐私的保护等特点和优势。最后结合我国图书馆智慧服务现状提出对我国图书馆智慧服务发展的相关建议。

The paper makes a survey of the forms, contents and present situation of smart service in European and American libraries,aiming at providing reference for the development of smart service in Chinese libraries. This paper takes 60 European and American university libraries and 60 public libraries as the research object,uses website visiting to obtain the data,and analyzes the research results through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that the forms and contents of smart service in European and American libraries are diversified. It has lots of features and advantages,such as diversified research service,personalized recommendation service,perfect evaluation feedback function of virtual reference service, strong smart librarian team, popular mobile library service, adequate learning space,indispensable special group service,paying attention 3D printing and other innovative service and the protection of user privacy. Then based on the present situation of smart service in Chinese libraries, this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of smart service.
