和田地区学前双语教育管理体制的现状、问题及对策——以和田地区洛浦县、策勒县为例

A Study on the Current Status of the Administrative System of Pre-school Bilingual Education in Hotan Prefecture——A Case Study of Lopu and Cele County

文章通过实地调研和访谈法,对和田地区两个县的县级幼儿园、乡镇中心幼儿园及附设在小学的幼儿班进行实地调查,并针对调查所发现的问题提出相应对策。

The administrative education system is the interactive structure and rules of relationship,function and structure between the education administration branches run by the central and local government. Based on a field survey on kindergartens and infant class set up in primary schools in Lopu an Cele counties,this article finds out the problems and provides solutions in the field.
