摘要
为研究不同品种鹅种蛋特性与孵化率之间的关系,试验收集卡洛斯鹅、皖西白鹅及籽鹅三个品种母鹅所产种蛋共841枚作为试验材料,并对蛋形指数及相关指标进行测定和统计分析。结果表明:品种、产蛋率、蛋重、受精率对孵化率等指标均有影响,其中籽鹅的产蛋率、受精率以及孵化率显著高于卡洛斯鹅和皖西白鹅(P<0.05);卡洛斯鹅的平均蛋重及出雏体重均显著高于皖西白鹅与籽鹅(P<0.05);三个品种鹅种蛋蛋形指数无明显差异(P>0.05)。
To study the relationship between the characteristic and hatchability of hatching eggs from different breeds of goose,841 hatching eggs from Carlos goose,Wanxi White goose and Zi goose three varieties were collected as samples,the egg index and hatchability were measured and analyzed statistically. Results showed that the varieties,egg laying rate,egg weight,fertilization rate were the factors influencing the hatchability and other indicators. The egg laying rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate of Zi goose were significantly higher than those of Carlos goose and Wanxi White goose（ P 〈 0. 05）. The average egg weight and birth weight of Carlos goose were significantly higher compared with those of Wanxi White goose and Zi goose（ P 〈 0. 05）. There were no significant difference in egg shape index between three varieties of goose（ P 〉0. 05）.
