青海藏羊膈肌住肉孢子虫形态学观察

Morphological observation on the Sarcocystis from the diaphragm of Tibetan Sheep in Qinghai

为了有效防控青海藏羊住肉孢子虫病,采集泽库、共和、贵南、海晏、乌兰、祁连6县180份藏羊膈肌肉样进行了住肉孢子虫检查,并对检出虫体进行形态学观察。结果表明:检出虫体呈浅灰白色、长梭形,囊壁表面平滑,虫体较小,为300~400μm;经染色切片观察,虫体呈蓝色,肌肉呈红色,大小平均为132 mm×14 mm;同时对虫体原生囊壁、次生囊壁等显微结构进行了初步观察。

To effectively control the sarcosporidosis of Tibetan sheep in Qinghai,180 samples of Tibetan sheep diaphragm from six counties of Qinghai Province,including Zeku,Gonghe,Guinan,Haiyan,Wulan and Qilian County were collected,the Sarcocystis and its morphology were examined and observed next. Results show that the worm presents the feature with grayish white,long spindle,smooth surface of cyst wall and small cyst（ 300 ~ 400 μm）. Staining test show that the body of the insect is blue and the muscle is red. The average size is 132 mm ×14 mm. Also,the primary cyst wall,secondary cyst wall and other microscopic structures of Sarcocystis were observed as well.
