石河子地区奶牛乳房炎源肠球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:6

Isolation and identification of Enterococcus from bovine mastitis in Shihezi and the antibiotic resistance analysis

摘要 为了解石河子地区奶牛乳房炎源肠球菌的分布情况及耐药性,采集石河子地区乳房炎奶牛奶样进行肠球菌的分离,通过生化特性鉴定和16S rRNA通用引物进行PCR扩增,选用19种抗菌药物对肠球菌进行了耐药性试验。结果表明:从患乳房炎奶牛的乳样中分离出10株肠球菌;通过生化特性鉴定和16S rRNA通用引物进行保守区PCR扩增后测序确定其中有4株是屎肠球菌,6株是粪肠球菌;分离菌株对杆菌肽、新霉素、青霉素、头孢氨苄和卡那霉素基本全部耐药,对氯霉素、氟苯尼考和恩诺沙星相对敏感,两种肠球菌中未发现万古霉素耐药株。 To study the distribution and drug resistance of Enterococcus from bovine mastitis in Shihezi area,Enterococcus were isolated from bovine mastitis milk samples that collected from dairy farms of Shihezi. Through biochemical characterization and 16 S rRNA universal primers of PCR amplification,19 commonly used antimicrobial agents were selected for drug resistance test. Results showed that 10 strains of Enterococcus were isolated from bovine mastitis milk samples. Among them,4 strains were Enterococcus hirae,6 strains were Enterococcus faecalis. And nearly all strains were resistant to bacitracin,neomycin,penicillin,cephalexin and kanamycin resistant,but sensitive to chloramphenicol,enrofloxacin and florfenicol. No strains were resistant to vancomycin.
