摘要
[目的]探讨miR-200通过NQO1信号通路促进三阴性乳腺癌发生远处转移的机制.[方法]采用基因芯片扫描技术分析与miR-200表达密切相关的下游分子,并以损伤愈合实验验证miR-200在乳腺癌转移过程中的作用机制.[结果]miR-200的表达与NQO1密切相关,在过表达miR-200的细胞系下调NQO1后,乳腺癌细胞迁移能力明显受到抑制.[结论]miR-200通过NQO1信号通路促进乳腺癌远处转移.
OBJECTIVE To explore the mechanism of miR-200 promoting the distant metastasis of triple negative breast cancer via NQO1 signaling pathway.METHODS Gene chip scanning technique was used to analyze the downstream molecules which were related with the expression of miR-200,and the wound healing experiment was used to verify the mechanism of miR-200 during breast cancer metastasis.RESULTS The expression of miR-200 was closely related to NQO1,and the migration ability of breast cancer cells was significantly inhibited in the miR-200 overexpressed cell lines in which NQO1 was down regulated.CONCLUSION MiR-200 promoted the distant metastasis of breast cancer through NQO1 signaling pathway.
