超敏C反应蛋白与维持性血液透析患者预后相关因素的相关性

Correlation between hypersensitive C-reactive protein and prognostic factors in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

[目的]探讨超敏C反应蛋白(CRP)与维持性血液透析患者预后相关因素的相关性.[方法]选择2016年1月至2016年12月间接受维持性血液透析治疗的34例患者作为研究对象,检测其CRP、血红蛋白(HGB)及血清白蛋白(ALB)水平,根据CRP水平分为2个组,即CRP水平低于5mg/L组(正常组,13例)及高于5mg/L组(升高组,21例),观察两组CRP水平与营养状况及HGB水平的相关性.[结果]升高组HGB及ALB水平均较正常组显著降低(P<0.05).单因素相关性分析结果显示,CRP与HGB和ALB均呈显著负相关(P<0.05,r=-7.71;P<0.05,r=-7.73).[结论]CRP水平可反映维持性血液透析患者的营养状况,可作为间接性评价患者预后状况的临床指标.

OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation between hypersensitive C reactive protein（CRP）and prognostic factors in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.METHODS 34 patients who accepted maintenance hemodialysis from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected.The levels of hypersensitive CRP,hemoglobin（HGB）and serum albumin（ALB）were measured.The patients were divided into two groups according to the level of CRP,the normal group with CRP level below 5mg/L（13 cases）and the elevation group with CRP level above 5mg/L（21 cases）.The correlation between CRP level and nutritional status and HGB level in both groups was observed.RESULTS Compared with the normal group,the hemoglobin and albumin level of the patients in the elevated group were significantly lower（P〈0.05）.The results of single factor correlation analysis showed that there was a significant negative correlation between CRP level and HGB and ALB level（P〈0.05,r=-7.71;P〈0.05,r=-7.73）.CONCLUSION The level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein could be used to evaluate the nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients,and could be used as an clinical indicator for indirect evaluation of prognosis of patients.
