水溶性人基质裂解素水平与心血管疾病的关系研究进展

摘要 2015《中国心血管病报告》结果显示,在中国,心血管疾病引起的死亡率依然居第1位.心力衰竭是各种心血管疾病的终末阶段,它的发病率及病死率均较高,预后亦较差.临床上心力衰竭缺少特异症状和体征,超声心动图、CT,MRI及有创血流动力学等辅助检查均有局限性,尚需灵敏性、特异性高的生物标志物协助进行临床诊断或鉴别诊断,目前最具有代表性的标志物为脑钠肽（BNP/NT-proBNP）.
