旅游管理专业学生酒店实习满意度调查——以合肥学院为例

旅游管理是理论与实践相结合的专业,实习无疑是大学生涯中重要的一部分。学生对实习的态度以及实习结果的满意度直接影响学生对旅游管理专业的看法,影响学校的实践教学效果的评估,影响酒店对学校的印象,影响国家的酒店高素质人才的发展,因此酒店实习的研究日益受到关注。本文通过调查研究得出以下结果:学生对待自身、学校、酒店三方面态度存在问题,并从三方面提出建议。

Tourism management is combination professional of theory and practice, practice is one important part of university life, the attitudes of students＇ practice and practice results of satisfaction directly affect students＇ perceptions of tourism management, influence the evaluation of practice teaching of the school, influence the impression of the hotel for the school, influence the development of national hotel high-quality talent. So the hotel practice of the research is becoming more and more attention. In this paper, through investigation and study the following results： there are some problems that students regard to the himself or herself, schools, hotels of three aspects, and Suggestions are proposed from three aspects.
