摘要
AEO认证制度是世界海关组织最早提出,我国海关于2014年底正式实施的一项与国际接轨的信用管理制度。本文简要介绍了AEO认证制度在我国的演变过程及其给认证企业带来的优惠和便利措施,着重从企业和海关两个不同方面阐述了申请和审核AEO认证的具体措施和步骤,以及海关的认证标准,并于文章中指出了企业在申请过程中需注意的事项。
AEO certification system is the World Customs Organization first proposed, China＇s customs in the end of 2014 the formal implementation of an international credit management system. This paper briefly introduces the evolution process of AEO certification system in China and its preferential and convenient measures brought to the certification enterprises, focusing on the specific measures and steps of applying for and auditing AEO certification from two aspects of enterprise and customs, as well as the customs Certification standards, and in the article pointed out that the enterprise in the application process should pay attention to matters.
