Research on How to Practice Socialism Core Values in Private Enterprises from Perspective of Gratitude

与国有企业相比,私有产权的民营企业在践行社会主义核心价值观方面存在更大的困难和挑战。民营企业职员数量巨大,因此民营企业能否有效践行社会主义核心价值观意义重大。本文基于立足需求和知行合一的基本理念,为民营企业构建了一个以感恩为助推力的社会主义核心价值观践行机制。

Compared with the State-owned Enterprises it is more difficulties to practice socialist core values in private enterprises for its private property rights.It is very important to practice the socialist core values in private enterprises because of the huge number of staff.This article build the practice mechanism of socialist core values with the help of gratitude and based on the requirements and basic idea of unity.This paper put forward many countermeasures and suggestions for private enterprises how to effectively practice the socialist core values with the help of gratitude.
