Latest Regulations and Technological Developments Related to Marine Coatings and Painting

梳理了"十三五"涂料行业环保发展规划、工信部和各个地方出台的一系列有关VOC限值及节能减排的环保法规。提出船舶涂料企业应积极开发绿色环境友好型涂料,无溶剂涂料、高/超高固体分涂料、水性涂料、单涂层无溶剂环氧压载舱涂料、长效环境友好节油型防污涂料、可剥离临时保护涂料均是节能减排、降低VOC的有效解决方案。

The coatings industrys environmental protection and development plan during the 13^（th） Five-year Plan is introduced. A series of environmental protection regulations on VOC limits, energy conservation and emission reduction promulgated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and various local governments are summarized. The marine coatings enterprises should actively develop green and environmentally friendly coatings. Solvent-free coatings, high/ultra-high solid coatings, waterborne coatings, single-layer solventless epoxy ballast tank coatings, long-acting environmentally friendly oil-saving antifouling coatings and strippable temporary protective coatings are all effective solutions for energy conservation, emission reduction and VOC reduction.
