摘要
氰化物属剧毒物质,白酒中氰化物超标直接影响饮用者的生命安全,国家对其具有十分严格的标准。对白酒生产中可能带入氰化物的环节进行归纳分析,对不同来源白酒中氰化物的有效处理提出措施,从而确保白酒质量合格,保证消费者饮用安全。
Cyanide is a highly toxic substance. High concentration of cyanide in Baijiu would endanger the safety of the drinkers, so there are strict national standards on the concentration of cyanide in Baijiu. In this paper, we analyzed the sources of cyanide in Bai- jiu, and put forward effective treatments on cyanide from different sources, so as to ensure the quality of Baijiu and the safety of con- sumers. （Trans. by HUANG Xiaoli） .
